What happens after you pay the invoice.

  • 1) We purchase in Korea After payment
    We do not buy items before you pay the invoice.
  • 2) QC & repacking Standard
    We check basic condition and repack for international shipping when needed.
  • 3) Tracking provided When shipped
    Tracking is shared once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Tracking updates may lag depending on the carrier and destination. This is normal.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • Recipient responsibility Important
    Import duties/taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Customs may request information Case-by-case
    Some countries may require recipient verification or additional documents.
  • Refusal / return / disposal Risk
    If a parcel is refused, returned, or disposed by customs, related costs may be charged to the recipient.

Address & delivery

  • Write your address in English No typos
    Incorrect addresses are a major cause of delivery issues and returns.
  • After shipment Limited changes
    Address changes after shipment may be impossible or require additional fees.
