FAQ
We are a request-based proxy purchasing service. You submit a Korean product link → we send a quote → you pay the invoice → we purchase in Korea → inspect/repack → ship internationally.
Basics
1) What do you sell?
We don’t sell products from our own inventory. We provide a proxy purchasing service.
- You send a product URL and details.
- We quote the total cost.
- After invoice payment, we purchase the item in Korea on your behalf.
2) How do I request a purchase?
Use the Request a Purchase form and submit:
- Product URL (required)
- Options/variants (required)
- Quantity (required)
- Destination country (required)
- Notes (optional)
3) Can you buy from any Korean website?
We can assist with many Korea-only stores, but availability depends on store rules and shipping constraints.
- Some stores require Korean phone verification, membership, or domestic-only payment.
- Some products can’t be shipped internationally due to restrictions.
Quotes & Pricing
4) How long does it take to receive a quote?
We typically send a quote within 24–48 hours after receiving your request.
5) What is included in the quote?
Your invoice is usually broken down into:
- Item price (product price)
- Domestic shipping (KR) (if the Korean store charges delivery)
- Proxy service fee
- International shipping
6) Why can international shipping change after payment?
International shipping is based on the packed parcel’s billable weight (actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher), and sometimes the final box size is only confirmed after packing.
Payment
7) How do I pay?
We send a payment invoice (draft order invoice). You pay using the method shown on the invoice checkout.
8) Is payment refundable?
Refundability depends on whether the item has been purchased in Korea.
- Before purchase: cancellations are usually possible.
- After purchase: cancellation/return depends on the Korean seller’s policy and item condition.
After Payment
9) What happens after I pay the invoice?
- We purchase the item in Korea.
- We do a basic inspection for visible issues.
- We repackage for international shipping.
- We ship and provide tracking when available.
10) Do you guarantee random inclusions (e.g., photocards)?
No. Random inclusions are determined by the seller/brand and are not guaranteed.
11) What if the item becomes out of stock?
If the item becomes unavailable before purchase, we will contact you with options:
- Replace with an alternative link (if you provide one)
- Wait for restock (if feasible)
- Cancel (if not purchased yet)
Shipping
12) How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
13) Do you provide tracking?
Tracking is provided when available. Some services update tracking less frequently depending on the destination.
Customs & Taxes
14) Who pays import duties / VAT / taxes?
In many cases, the receiver is responsible for paying duties and/or taxes, and the carrier may contact the receiver to arrange payment.
15) Can you estimate duties/taxes for me?
We generally don’t guarantee duty/tax estimates because rates and thresholds depend on local regulations.
If you need certainty, check your country’s official customs guidance before requesting.
Changes & Cancellations
16) Can I change my request after submitting?
Yes—before you pay the invoice, just submit an updated link/options or message us with corrections.
17) Can I cancel after paying?
Cancellation depends on whether we already purchased the item in Korea.
- Before purchase: usually possible.
- After purchase: depends on the seller’s return policy and item condition.
Issues & Returns
18) What if the item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Tell us as soon as possible with photos of:
- Outer parcel box
- Inner packaging
- Product damage/issue
- Shipping label (if relevant)
19) Do you do detailed authenticity checks?
We do a basic visual check for obvious issues, but we do not provide professional authentication unless explicitly arranged.
Restricted Items
20) What items are commonly restricted?
Restrictions vary by destination and carrier rules. Common examples include:
- Flammable/hazardous materials, aerosols, pressurized items
- Some perfumes or alcohol-based liquids
- Certain battery-containing items
21) Where can I find shipping rates?
Shipping rates and fee structure are listed on the Fees page.
