Refund & Cancellation

We are a proxy purchasing service. Refund eligibility depends on whether the item has been purchased in Korea.

1) Before purchase in Korea

  • Cancellation is usually possible if we have not placed the domestic order yet.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Requests can move quickly for limited stock items. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

2) After purchase in Korea

  • Cancellations may not be possible once the item is purchased from the Korean store.
  • Returns/exchanges depend on the original seller’s policy and item condition.
  • Domestic shipping fees already paid to the Korean seller may be non-refundable.

3) After international shipment

  • Once shipped internationally, the order is generally non-cancellable.
  • International shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.
  • Customs duties/taxes are handled by the destination country and are not refundable by us.

4) Service nature & inspection

  • We provide proxy purchasing, basic inspection, and shipping preparation services.
  • We do not guarantee random inclusions (e.g., photocards).
  • Minor outer packaging dents from domestic delivery may occur.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with clear photos of the outer parcel, inner packaging, and the item.
